Advanced Photonix PDB-V216 is a 16-element photodiode array designed for high-performance optical sensing applications. This through-hole mounted component features individual elements with a peak spectral response at 950nm, within a broad spectral range of 350nm to 1100nm. Each element offers a low dark current of 1nA (typical) and a fast response time of 50ns, enabling precise detection of modulated or pulsed light sources. The array is constructed with a blue-enhanced silicon material and has an active area of 2.31mm² per element. The PDB-V216 supports a maximum reverse voltage of 50V and operates within an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 75°C.
