The Advanced Micro Devices Z85C3020 is a high-performance, dual-channel serial I/O controller. Operating at a maximum clock frequency of 20 MHz, this CMOS component supports a data transfer rate of up to 0.625 Mbps. Designed for surface mounting, it is housed in a 44-pin PQCC package. This controller finds application in industrial automation, data acquisition systems, and telecommunications equipment. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C, with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
