The Advanced Micro Devices AM27S33-B2C is a 262,144-bit (32K x 8) bipolar, asynchronous OTP ROM. This component features a maximum access time of 120ns and operates from a nominal 5V supply (4.5V to 5.5V). The output characteristics are 3-state, enabling bus contention management.
