Advanced Micro Devices AM27S25 is a 16Kb (2K x 8) One-Time Programmable (OTP) Read-Only Memory (ROM) organized as 2048 words by 8 bits. This bipolar device offers a maximum access time of 50ns and features 3-state outputs for flexible bus interfacing. The AM27S25 operates asynchronously across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V).
