Advanced Micro Devices AM27S181PCB is a 4Mbit (256K x 16) Bipolar OTP ROM. This asynchronous memory device features a maximum access time of 200ns and 3-state outputs. The memory organization provides 256K words, each 16 bits wide. Operating from a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V with a nominal 5V, it is housed in a 24-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-line Package) with through-hole termination. This component finds application in industrial control systems and embedded computing where fixed program storage is required. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 75°C.
