The Advanced Micro Devices XC7Z010-2CLG225E is a Zynq-7000 series All Programmable SoC featuring a 28,000 logic cell FPGA fabric and a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor. This device offers 2,200 CLBs, 138 inputs, and 138 outputs, with a maximum combinatorial delay of 1.05 ns. Operating within a 0 to 100°C temperature range, it requires a supply voltage between 0.95V and 1.05V. Packaged in a 225-ball, 13x13 mm square, low-profile, fine-pitch grid array (PBGA225, LFBGA) with 0.800 mm terminal pitch, it is designed for surface mounting.
