Advanced Micro Devices AM27C256-120-BUA is a 262144-bit (32K x 8) CMOS UV Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (UVPROM). This asynchronous device offers a maximum access time of 120ns. It features a 32-pin Ceramic Quad Flat Pack (CQFP) package with a window for UV erasure. The component operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply range and supports a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
