Advanced Micro Devices AM2708DC is an 8192-bit (1K x 8) ultraviolet erasable programmable read-only memory (UVPROM). This MOS technology device features an asynchronous operating mode and a maximum access time of 450ns. The AM2708DC offers a 3-state output characteristic and is housed in a 24-pin ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP) with a metal-sealed cofired body, conforming to the R-CDIP-T24 standard.
