Abracon LLC's ASEMP, Pure Silicon™ series ASEMPLP-150-000MHZ-LR-T is a 150 MHz MEMS-based XO oscillator with LVPECL output. This component operates within a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range and offers an Enable/Disable function. It provides a frequency stability of ±25ppm over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
