Abracon LLC ASCSM series MEMS oscillator, part number ASCSM-65-000MHZ-LY-T. This Pure Silicon™ oscillator operates at a frequency of 65 MHz with a stability of ±10ppm. Featuring a standard XO type and CMOS output, it supports an enable/disable function. The device operates from a voltage supply range of 1.7V to 3.6V and consumes a maximum supply current of 6.5mA.
