The Abracon LLC ASCSM series MEMS oscillator, part number ASCSM-27-000MHZ-LY-T, provides a stable 27 MHz output with CMOS compatibility. This Pure Silicon™ oscillator features a tight frequency stability of ±10ppm over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a compact 4-UFBGA, CSPBGA package measuring 1.79mm x 1.25mm and a seated height of 0.69mm. The device operates from a supply voltage of 1.7V to 3.6V and includes an enable/disable function. Its low supply current, with a maximum of 6.5mA, makes it suitable for power-sensitive applications in telecommunications, industrial control, and consumer electronics. The oscillator utilizes a MEMS base resonator and is delivered in tape and reel packaging.
