Abracon LLC ASCSM series Pure Silicon™ MEMS oscillator, part number ASCSM-16-000MHZ-LR-T. This 16 MHz XO device features a CMOS output and operates over a voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V. The oscillator provides an Enable/Disable function and boasts a frequency stability of ±25ppm.
