ABLIC Inc. S-1721 series dual output linear voltage regulator, part number S-1721E2818-M6T1U. This fixed positive output regulator provides two independent outputs of 1.8V and 2.8V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Designed for surface mounting in a SOT-23-6 package, its low quiescent current of 1 µA and supply current of 45 µA make it suitable for power-sensitive applications.
