ABLIC Inc. presents the S-1721E2525-I6T1U, a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator from the S-1721 series. This device delivers 150mA per output with a low quiescent current of 1 µA and a supply current of just 45 µA (max). Featuring an exceptionally low dropout voltage of 0.24V at 100mA for each regulator, the S-1721E2525-I6T1U is suitable for battery-powered applications. The output voltage is fixed at 2.5V for both channels.
Control is managed via an Enable pin, and protection features include over-current protection. The regulator boasts excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 75dB at 1kHz.
