ABLIC Inc. S-1721 series linear voltage regulator, part number S-1721A3312-M6T1G. This dual-output positive fixed regulator provides 1.2V and 3.3V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a SOT-23-6 package on tape and reel.
