ABLIC Inc. S-1711 series dual output positive fixed voltage linear regulator, part number S-1711C3025-I6T1U. This LDO regulator provides two independent fixed outputs of 2.5V and 3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Designed for efficient operation with a low quiescent current of 1 µA, it features a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and a low dropout voltage of 0.36V at 150mA for the 2.5V output and 0.35V for the 3V output.
