ABLIC Inc. S-1711 series dual-output linear voltage regulator, part number S-1711C3018-I6T1U. This LDO regulator provides two fixed positive outputs of 1.8V and 3V, each capable of driving up to 150mA. The device features low quiescent current of 1 µA and a supply current of 90 µA (Max).
