ABLIC Inc. S-1711 series dual output linear voltage regulator, part number S-1711A3328-M6T1G. This surface mount IC provides two fixed positive outputs of 2.8V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Featuring low quiescent current of 1 µA and a supply current of 90 µA (Max), it is designed for power-sensitive applications. The S-1711 series offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz and includes over-current protection. Dropout voltage is 0.35V at 150mA for both outputs.
