ABLIC Inc. S-1711 series dual output positive fixed voltage linear regulator, part number S-1711A2819-M6T1G. This SOT-23-6 package device provides two fixed outputs at 1.9V and 2.8V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The quiescent current is a low 1 µA, with a supply current of 90 µA maximum. Features include an active-low output enable, over-current protection, and a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz. The input voltage range is up to 6.5V.
