ABLIC Inc. S-1711 series dual output positive fixed voltage linear regulators. The S-1711A2518-I6T1U provides two independent outputs with fixed voltages of 1.8V and 2.5V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. This device features a low quiescent current of 1 µA and a very low supply current of 90 µA (max). The input voltage range is up to 6.5V. Dropout voltages are 0.39V and 0.36V at 150mA for the 1.8V and 2.5V outputs, respectively. Integrated over-current protection is included. The SNT-6A package offers a compact footprint for surface mounting. This component is suitable for battery-powered devices and portable equipment across various industries. High Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz ensures clean power delivery. The output is enabled via an external control signal. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR).
