ABLIC Inc. S-1315 series linear voltage regulator. This positive, fixed output IC provides 2.9V with a maximum output current of 200mA. The S-1315A29-M5T1U3 features an enable pin for control and offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 55dB at 1kHz.
