ABLIC Inc. S-1170 series linear voltage regulator, part number S-1170B20PD-OTFTFG, provides a fixed 2V positive output with an 800mA current capability. This low dropout (LDO) regulator features an ultra-low quiescent current of 1µA and a supply current of 160µA maximum. The S-1170 series offers thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection.
