ABLIC Inc. S-1112 series positive fixed output linear voltage regulator, part number S-1112B21MC-L6GTFG. This LDO regulator provides a stable 2.1V output with a maximum current capability of 150mA. Featuring a low quiescent current of 1 µA and a supply current of 90 µA (max), it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The dropout voltage is a minimal 0.35V at 100mA.
